Description
SCENARIO:
Kanvi Homes needed a brand identity that matched the quality of the homes it builds. The existing presence didn't reflect the craftsmanship and quiet luxury at the core of the brand, so the team set out to build an identity that felt more intentional and more human.
TASK:
I set out to assist the strategic and creative direction, the ideas, positioning, and storytelling, that would guide the identity, tone, and visual language of the rebrand, rooted in human-centric design and how people experience their Kanvi home.
Industry: Luxury Construction
Personal Responsibilities: Brand strategy, creative direction, storytelling, positioning, stakeholder management, cross-channel alignment
Partnership: The brand identity and final deliverables were designed and executed by marketing agency 12 Creative.
APPROACH: Building a Considered Identity
I approached this rebrand by grounding the strategy in how people truly experience a home, not just how the brand wanted to be seen. I led the creative direction and storytelling framework, then partnered closely with the agency team as they translated that direction into the identity system, tone of voice, and visual language. Data on how the previous brand was resonating with its audience helped shape where the new identity needed to shift, while the storytelling stayed focused on human-centric design throughout.
WHAT'S NEXT: A New Identity, Ready to Launch
The new identity gives Kanvi Homes a visual and verbal language built to match the craftsmanship behind its homes. As the rebrand rolls out, it's positioned to bring more clarity and consistency to how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, with a more editorial, human presence at its core.
